A focus on the latest trends in learning and how we and Totara are adapting to it. This will include
- AI and its practical uses
- Skills-led LMS
- e-commerce
- Mobile learning
- Exam proctoring
The day will be interactive learning from each other as well as guest speakers.
Fun Alert!!!
As the sun sets, our very own CFO, Bill, will skipper the delegates around Boston Harbour to take in the views and an exercise of “man overboard” to test your skills in teamwork and leadership
DAY TWO
Pier to peer learning
(Yes, we know. It’s a terrible pun)
Join 150 fellow L&D and business leaders aboard the spectacular Northern Lights. This is a terrific opportunity to get close to executives from other L&D teams and learn from their personal experiences.
One-to-one meetings will be arranged so you can get to understand how other organizations solve problems that may be of interest to you.
A few lucky people will get to take part in a mini–America’s Cup as Team USA will take on the ROW sailing two sleek racing craft head-to-head.
You will be back on land by 3pm to either join us for dinner or head off into the sunset.
Supporting a great cause
We are supporting the Sealander Sailing Academy set up by our CFO, Bill Starr.
The charity encourages teenage Bostonians to take up sailing with the aim of creating the next generation of racing leaders.
